REFUNDS AND RETURNS
At Scandia Gear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Refunds
We accept refund requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
1. The item is in its original condition, including packaging and all tags.
2. Proof of purchase is provided.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses as Scandia Gear does not provide this coverage.
Scandia Gear can consider reducing the price if the customer not only evaluates the product during the trial period but also actively engages with it, such as wearing the clothing for a few days before returning it.
How to request a refund?
1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories. Don’t forget to add the packing slip.
3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
