Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide! Please note that some countries may have restrictions on certain items. It’s advisable to check with your country’s government regarding the import of the items you wish to purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Typically, all orders require 1 business days for fulfillment, in addition to the estimated shipping time. Business days refer to Monday through Friday.

Europe:

  • Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Rest of the world:

  • Shipping usually takes 3-11 business days, depending on the destination.

What are the shipping rates? For international (including the UK) and North European orders:

  • Orders under $250:
    • EU – $12,95
    • International – $22.95
  • Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping within Europe.
  • Orders over $350 qualify for free worldwide shipping.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. These charges vary based on your country’s laws and policies, and we cannot estimate their amounts.

Please note that if your order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Why is my package delayed?
Sometimes packages experience delays, most of which clear within a day or two. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us immediately.

We always check with the courier to ensure the delay is within the normal range. If that’s the case, we apologize for any inconvenience, as shipping can sometimes take longer than usual due to various reasons, including environmental factors and high order volumes.

Please ensure you pay any customs or duties charges, as failing to do so can delay your order. The responsibility for these fees lies with the customer. If your package is returned due to refusal of customs fees, you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

My package says it has arrived but is not with me.
Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered but may not be in your possession immediately. In such cases, we recommend waiting a day or checking with your neighbors.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by tracking information. However, we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability, which may include providing a replacement or exploring other solutions.
